The Osakis Silverstreak Girls' golf team played into history at the Minnesota State Class A golf tournament Wednesday and Thursday by posting a two-day total of 775, good enough for 2nd place. It was 49 strokes lower then powerful Mounds Park Academy, who shot 726 team score. Kelsey Ross continued her impressive season with a individual runner-up score of 86-83. Brittany Niehoff received an 8th place medal with a 98-94 score. Britta Thornbloom (103-101), Jackie Bowman (107-103), Sara Peterson (117-112), and Steph Card (135-134) rounded out the scoring for Osakis. This was a great way to end an amazing season. Good Job Ladies!
