Silverstreak Girls Golfers Win Section 5A!
Senior Jackie Bowman's career best round of 82 sealed a state tournament berth for the Silverstreak girls golf team. Kelsey Ross continued her stellar play as she again was medalist. Peyton Garcia and Annalise Savageau shot 98 and 99 to round out the scoring. The team shot a season best 359 score at the challenging Benson GC. On the boy's side, Paul Hartmann ended his freshmen season with a 99. Hartmann led the team in scoring average this season. The state tournament is scheduled for June 15-16 at Pebble Creek Golf Club in Becker.

Sub-Section 5A Results
With a score of 79, Kelsey Ross was the medalist in the Sub-Section 5A tournament at Minnewaska Golf Club. The team shot a 370 score which was 39 shots ahead of second place West Central. Katelyn Strelow and Jackie Bowman helped the cause with a 95 and 96 score respectfully. On the Boys side, Osakis finished the year with a 382 team score and a 5th place finish. Paul Hartmann advanced to the section meet with an 89. Section will be this Friday at Benson GC.
