Dates to Remember:
***As of 3-31-10 the third graders far surpassed our expectations and had a total of about 1,400,000 words read!!!
Way to Go!!!
So now Mr. Grove and Mrs. Hausmann have again challenged the third graders to read during the month of April. This time we have raised the bar and are going for 1,500,000 words! The third graders say they can do it no problem. Watch and see!
***April Reading Challenge Update: (4-12-10) The students are at approximately 300,000 words already! Wonderful!!
*** April Reading Challenge Update: (4-18-10) The students are at 496,668 words. They need 1,004,000 more words by 4-30-10 only 12 days away!! Can they do it??
***(4-26-30) April Reading Challenge Update: As of 10:10 am this morning, the third graders were at 893,218 words. They have until the end of the day on Friday to reach 1,500,000 words. Will they do it?

Art will be with Mrs. Resley the second half of the year at 12:24. Dates are yet to be determined.
Other Art times will be with Mrs. Hausmann. (usually on Friday the last 1/2 hour of the day)
