April Lesson Plans

Lesson Plans 4/06/10 to 4/09/10

**The students have been assigned a book report due by April 26th.  They should have already picked out a chapter book to read.  The book can be one from the library, home or my room.  It must be approved by me to ensure that it is within their reading levels. Once they are finished reading they will report on their book via a "Bookworm".  I have the directions etc. available as needed.

Lesson Plans 4/12/10 to 4/16/10

**Note to Parents:  Starting this week on Tuesday March 30th, we will be reading the novel "How to Eat Fried Worms" by Thomas Rockwell during reading.  We will be covering a variety of language arts skills, including comprehension skills, vocabulary skills, and some writing skills as we read the novel. We will continue spelling and grammar in our regular books.  Mrs. Hausmann
