My name is David Atkinson. I work with kindergarten through twelfth grade students who have met Minnesota State Criteria for an Emotional and/or Behavioral Disorder (E/BD) which is basically the behavioral component of Special Education. I also coordinate the Work Study Special Needs program. I hail from Upsala, MN, and I earned my undergraduate and graduate degrees from St. Cloud State University. This will be my seventeenth year teaching in Osakis.
